Wayve is a booking facilitator. Travel services (flights, stays, transport, visa processing) are delivered by the respective airlines, hotels, operators and authorities, subject to their terms. Prices and availability are confirmed at payment.
A convenience fee applies per booking and is shown before payment. Country-specific rules and travel documentation are the traveller's responsibility; we surface requirements where we can.
Most bookings offer free cancellation within 24 hours. After that, supplier fare rules apply. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
The convenience fee is non-refundable once a booking is issued. Amendment fees, if any, are shown before you confirm a change.
